Enneagram 1 Nicknames:“The Perfectionist” or “The Reformer” (also called “The Crusader”, “The Activist”, “The Moralist”, “The Organizer”)

Type 1 is the rational, idealistic sort who feel like their mission in life is to do things the right way and to make right all that is wrong with the world! They strive for higher values and hold themselves and others to extremely high standards. They seek perfection and are critical if their high expectations are not met. 1s like to follow rules and are people of practical action who wish to be useful and reduce the disorder around them. They are often crusaders for change and causes in the world. They are attracted to institutions/jobs with structure, rules and a clear hierarchy. They have a tendency to turn people in if they break the rules.
