Enneagram 3 Nickname: “The Performer” or “The Motivator” (also called “The Achiever”, “The Status Seeker”) 3s like to think of themselves as “The Best”

Whatever 3s choose to do, they do it well or die trying! They show their love by doing things for people. 3s are all about looking good and getting things done! They like to be busy and don’t like to deal with their emotions. They feel the most comfortable when they are working towards their goals. When there is nothing to do, 3s tend to feel uncomfortable and antsy. They pride themselves for their achievements.
