Enneagram 8 Nickname: “The Leader” or “The Boss” or “The Challenger” (also called “The Maverick”, “The Entrepreneur”, “The Provider”, “The Protector”, “The Rock”)

Type 8 personalities are powerful and dominating. They have the most physical stamina of all the types and never back down from a challenge or a confrontation. 8s feel most alive when exercising their willpower and vitality and are fiercely protective of their “tribe”. All 8s like to be in charge, and really dislike being controlled by or indebted to people. as one of the most powerful enneagram types, 8s are independent and own the room when they walk into it. But don’t cross and 8 because they are likely to seek vengeance.
